nROLES &a; RESPONSIBILITIES
nElectronics Technicians (ET) are trained in computer, aerospace and electrical engineering to maintain combat readiness across a wide variety of complex ship and aircraft systems. As an ET, your
nresponsibilities may include:
no Detecting enemy planes and ships, and determining target distance
no Maintaining, repairing and calibrating all electronic equipment used to detect, track, and identify adversaries, and for electronic countermeasures
no Maintaining, repairing and calibrating electronic equipment including radar, communications and navigation equipment

nWORK ENVIRONMENT
nServing part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling
nand training periods. During monthly drilling, Sailors in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location
nclose to their homes.
