- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions - Recording and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable - Conducting bank reconciliations - Performing account analysis and reconciliation - Processing payroll and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations - Generating financial reports for management review - Assist with tax preparation and compliance, working closely with the company's tax advisor - Provide support in technical accounting matters, ensuring adherence to accounting principles and standards - Utilize 10 key typing skills for data entry purposes - Wait on customers and propane when needed Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and formulas.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.
g.
